Fifteen seamen admitted I W W membership and were arraigned for vagrancy after a raid at 11-12 St Francis Street. They received $50 fines and 20 days hard labor with $300 bonds, and all said they would appeal. They were moved to county jail.

Fairmount dares a bank robbery as two soldiers on furlough from Jefferson Barracks Missouri attempt to rob the Fairmount Bank. They take more than five thousand dollars from the till while cashier Miss Maude Erwin is held at pistol point. The pair flee but are captured by a posse about five miles away and are to be indicted by the Gordon County grand jury.
Belgrade reports 2700 Bulgarian comitadjis killed with many taken prisoner after fighting with Jugoslav troops along the Serbian border. About 1590 irregulars advanced toward Tatarskoy Selo before Jugoslav reinforcements were sent to push them back. Jugoslavs lodge protest with the League of Nations over border band activity.
New York City reports 340 cases of sleeping sickness since January 1 with 97 deaths. Burton Harris, 29, former secretary of the Medical Society of Kings County, died yesterday after contracting the ailment from the flu. Ten new cases appeared this month, with a majority in Brooklyn.
Rev. T. Zy. Irwin former pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Lawton was released after arson charges connected to a wedding at a Medicine Park bathing pool were filed last year. Authorities had accused him following his removal from the church.
Dr B C Golden a physician was abducted from his garage last night bound gagged and beaten. His wife resisted threats then the abductors took his car and cash leaving his diamond ring missing. He later found himself dumped 13 miles from town with no clear memory of the ransom and is receiving aid from a farm household.

Two US weather bureau thermometers tested readings up to 120 degrees will be used to determine the exact temperature reading.
Panama March 7 United States district attorney Alpert Clare Hindman died from injuries after an automobile accident in the Canal Zone. The official was widely known for his work in the region and served as the district attorney.
A 70 year old man was sued for alimony by Lou Ethel Moon, 40. The superior court ordered $15 a month. The judge said Mrs Moon is strong and works while her feeble husband cannot support himself.
High winds and heavy rain Friday night engulfed the planing mill at the Mase see Felton Lumber plant in Macon Georgia. The loss is estimated between 50 000 and 76 000 dollars. despite the blaze other buildings and adjacent property were said to be saved by the downpour.
