Joseph Ray Campbell 43 of Mobile, an employee of the Southern Bell Telegraph, died after a head on collision about five miles east of the Baldwin county end of the Mobile bay bridge. Child Attacked by Wild Dogs in Niles Center
Lillian Meier, six, was seriously wounded when six stray dogs escaped from a kennel at Suburban Niles Center and attacked her last night. Her father August Meier drove off four of the dogs while two returned to the kennel. police were ordered to shoot the remaining four.
