Schroeder Fined 1400 Dollars and Time Added
William Schroeder who escaped from the county garage at Broad and Aaron Streets was recaptured in Savannah Georgia and brought back to Mobile. He was tried in the inferior criminal court and sentenced to 10 days additional in the county jail. In circuit court Schroeder paid fines and a bond forfeiture totaling 1400 dollars for three cases of violation of the prohibition law.
