Jim Finley, 28, an escaped convict from Sneads Florida, vanished after leaping from a northbound Louisville and Nashville train near Magazine Point while en route to complete a five year sentence for assault to murder. Police and posses searched the area with no trace found. He had been serving a road camp term at Sneads and escaped December 10, 1926. Finley was recaptured in Shawnee Oklahoma on the current transfer.
