Harry Williams 29 a Magnolia crew member surrendered to Baldwin County authorities. He admits the mob formed near Barnewall on Saturday and traveled to Bay Minette where Frank Foukal was shot in his cell early Sunday morning. The grand jury will convene Monday in Bay Minette with Judge A E Gamble presiding. Assistant Attorney General Horace Wilkinson will assist in presenting the case. Fifty men are believed under arrest for murder or conspiracy in the Foukal killing.
