Federal and state officers seized a large narcotics haul at 715 Canal Street, Mobile. Seaman Savero Ruizgarcia, third mate of the Mexican tanker San Antonio, is under arrest for violating the federal narcotic act after a hearing before U S Commissioner J I Bur e s. The drugs, in bottles wrapped in newspapers, were found at the home of J H Pine Negro. The San Antonio is undergoing repairs at the Alabama Dry Dock Shipbuilding Company. an employee who knows Ruizgarcia denied involvement.
