Slashing Incident Injures Two on Waterfront
Police report two Black men, brothers John Watkins and Robert Watkins, were wounded by a Black dock worker on the waterfront near Water and Lipscombe streets. One was stabbed in the neck, the other in the head. The assailant, unnamed, is said to be a dock hand.
