AKRON Ohio Jan 22 Two unidentified men entered a lodge house tied F Richards 24 an employee of International Harvester Company bound his hands set fire to his bed and escaped the scene remains under investigation
Harvey Phillips alias Ralph Moore twenty year old pleaded guilty in circuit court to participating in the November Woodyard store hold up at Calvert. He received ten years plus one added year for burglary after justice Bedsole noted his youth and claimed influence by two older accomplices. The case also involved jail inmates George Lutz and Walter Stewart with not guilty pleas and future trials set for February.
