Boggs To Testify In County Jurors Murder Probe
J K Boggs civil engineer who identified Clyde Beach in a hold up near Jackson Mississippi will be summoned to Mobile to appear before the grand jury probing the Murphy police killing. The grand jury will be extended two weeks to broaden the investigation. Boggs identified a green Buick seen near the scene and later Beach’s confession to robbery.
