Franklin La Jan 4 Judge James D Simon to appoint a commission to investigate the sanity of Ada Lebouef and Dr Thomas E Dreher both sentenced to be hanged tomorrow Dr Dreher suffered a stroke in 1923 altering his temperament and memory while Lebouef was carried into the court on a stretcher before testimony.
Sixty two cases face grand jury Monday including alleged offenses at a Tealminvile filling station. George Lutz Harry Phillips and Walter Stewart are held in connection with the Saudos incident and the death of C C Thomas Bunch with Ausband Brewer jailed.
