Georgia residents Jack Anderson and Bill Sigers were captured near Perdido in Baldwin County late Wednesday on auto theft charges. They were questioned by Department of Justice agents after a chase that ended when the stalled Chevrolet was towed to Atmore. An automobile underwriter and Mobile officers stopped them at 1 30 AM. a farmhouse nearby was reported on fire as responders fired warning shots.
