L. S. Taylor a dairyman was fined $10 in the recorder's court this morning upon the complaint of Officer G. W. Fordney of the city health department. Dr. A. E. Thayer who examined the milk stated it had been watered to the extent of about 15 per cent. The defendant testified he bought the milk from us and was let off with a light fine and a warning.
