R. E. Douglas, a newspaper carrier, was fined $25 or 25 days for speeding over 30 miles an hour on Government street toward the L. N. depot. B. Powell received a $10 fine for speeding on Government street at Water. Powell was arrested by Officer Delahunty who had no speedometer. Sam Powe of Cedar Point road and Arlington place and Claude Lewis, a Negro, were arrested today by Motorcycle Officer Brown for speeding. Powe is charged with 30 mph on North Broad street and Lewis with 33 mph on West Government street. Clarence Robinson, a Negro, was arrested today by Deputy Sheriffs Smith and Burch for taking and using an auto truck of the Morgan Dairy in boulminville and jailed in the county jail. Morgan alleges Robinson took the truck last night after a warning not to do so and damaged it to over $100.
