Indianapolis April 18 Former Ku Klux Klan leader D C Stephenson and two associates Earl Klinck and Earl Gentry are indicted on first degree murder charges by the Marion county grand jury in the death of Miss Edge Oberholtzer. The indictment says they failed to provide medical care after she ingested poison at a Hammond hotel following an alleged attack. They allegedly kept her without medical attention during the return trip and after arriving in Indianapolis at the Stephenson home garage for about 24 hours.
