The Alba estate sells property at 55 57 North Roy al street to H B Pake and others for 125000. J Howard Wilson had earlier purchased Lavretta property for 80000. The sale is handled by Joseph Espalla and Sen with a New York five and ten cent store to operate in the larger section.

Cotton Prices Hit New Mobile Market High
Spot cotton in the Mobile market rose to 19 cents, a record close 6 points above Thursday. Day sales totaled 35 bales with January futures at 19.17, while nearby prices had earlier dipped to 18.86 before rebounding.
