New Military Officers Entitled to Commissions
In Montgomery Alabama 22 new officers earned full commissions after a two day examination in the capitol. Capt Screws U S A and state military examiners announced all examinees passed satisfactorily and would receive commissions at once. Officers came from all three infantry regiments of the state.
