A. J. Parsons of Mobile visits Birmingham to discuss a naval base and shipbuilding industry for that port with Secretary Radcliff of the Chamber of Commerce and local industrial leaders. He notes Mobile’s approval of George Gordon Crawford on the state harbor commission.
Chairman A. J. Parsons led a Birmingham visit with L. C. Irvine and local leaders to secure support for a government shipbuilding plant and dry dock in Mobile.
