Montgomery Ala Jan 11 B M Pearson the deceased tax collector of Chambers county is due the state 3817 04 and the county 4509 92 according to a report filed with the governor Friday by State Examiner Brooke. Mr Pearson was ill for some time before his death and it is believed he neglected to make the remittances. The administrator of his estate says the money is in the bank and ready to be paid over.
