Trust Buster Behind Hello Combine Plans for Western Union Stock
Washington January 8 preliminary plans for disposing of 29 million dollars in Western Union stock are under review by G C Todd assistant to Attorney General McReynolds in the Sherman anti trust probe. Todd heard proposals from N C Kingsbury vice president of AT&T and officials say a pro rata distribution to ATTs stockholders is unlikely as AT&T and Western Union are direct competitors.
