Bessie Ellison and Walter Stevens are jailed in Montgomery on murder charges tied to the disappearance of Ellison’s nine month old child near Ramer. Stevens claims he left the buggy with another man and has since seen nothing of the infant. Authorities anticipate the charge may be revised as the case unfolds.
