Boise Idaho July 26 The state case against William D Haywood for the murder of ex governor Frank Steunenberg nears completion. Clarence Darrow ended his plea for Haywoods life at 420 pm and Senator Borah will speak for about seven hours. Judge Fre mont Wood to instruct the jury Saturday morning. Large crowd and notable figures attended including Mrs Steunenberg and Governor Gooding. Borah attacked defense and Eng Joy as untruthful, stating Haywood knew of the conspiracy. Jury expected to retire by about 11 am tomorrow.
