Funeral services for Florence Hughey held at home
Memorials for Mrs Florence Hughey of Jacob Hughey were held Tuesday. The deceased died at Toledo state Hospital last Friday. Remains were brought to the city and taken to a brother’s home. Funeral service at 1 30 p m with Rev D H Bailey officiating. Interment at Marion cemetery.

Library Board Plans Card Indexing System At New Library
A short library board session approved installing a card catalog at the new public library. The board abolished the separate library committee and will oversee book purchases. Patrons are urged to suggest titles, and librarians will guide patrons on book contents. Building progress is steady and indices will list new books before occupancy.
