Wi Zitz Returns In Company The Lemmon wedding

Edward J Ziltz a prime booster for the state and a respected young man from Cook county returned from an eastern trip with Miss Marie Wenger They were married January fifteenth at Dane and will reside on the groom's ranch near Petrel The couple are part of a busy social circle with many friends in Lemmon and the surrounding area noting the groom's successful ventures and a hoped for peaceful married life.

Woodmen's Third Masquerade at Lemon Camp No. 8573 MWA

The Woodmen of America held their third annual masquerade at Lemon Camp No. 8573 last Friday evening with about one hundred attendees. Mrs Culberson wore the Indian Maiden outfit from the Culberson Indian relics collection and Mrs Smith wore a Day and Night costume that won prizes. Couré Hoyer's orchestra provided music and supper was served by the Royal Neighbors at Quammen hall. Rail service from the west slowly normalizes after heavy snow in the Cascades and Bitterroot regions, with storms causing trains to be delayed or turned back.

Townsite president hails Lemmon progress and business will

Mr. Dee M. Bailey of Philadelphia, president of the Northwest Townsite Company, visited Lemmon on Wednesday. He discussed two large tracts of townsite property, praised local businessmen for backing commercial clubs, and urged energetic upbuilding to attract investment. He warned that towns without faith or effort drive outsiders away.

Lyceum Course For The Coming Season

This year's lyceum course was bravely shouldered by Capt. L. P. McNulty alone and has proved satisfactory with adequate support from helpers. Rev. Keniston is in town consulting with Lyceum friends, and a committee including McNulty Gross Rev Hyinek and Prof Karch will again bear responsibilities. Six entertainments are scheduled: The Hartfords concert Plumeteod Impersonator Dr Colledge lecturer The Bargett Co The Regniers Co and The Lewis Trio.

South Dakota Metal Production in 1912

South Dakota mined record metal output in 1912 per preliminary Geologic Survey estimates led by Charles W. Henderson.
