Washington Feb 15 President Wilson was officially declared elected yesterday after Congress canvassed the states returns. The tally gave Wilson 277 electoral votes to 264 for Fairbanks. The joint session in the Senate chamber heard Vice President Marshall preside as tellers tallied by state, then declared Wilson president and Marshall announced the results to the assembled bodies.

Bottles Convention Set for Lemmon Next February
The South Dakota Bottlers Association will hold its annual convention in Lemmon during the third week of February. Plans from the Sioux Falls convent ion were approved with only three no votes. Delegations from local areas attended the Yellow Trail meeting in Aberdeen last weekend, with Aberdeen and Lennen sending the largest representation.
