Leukemia Fatal To LC Student Harold Lee Harper
Harold Lee Harper 21 a Lee College student died of leukemia. He was the son of Mr and Mrs I L Harper of 2415 Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road and was buried December 30 in Memory Gardens. He attended Math 304 with Mildred Mitchell and Psychology 100 with Sue Jones. Survived by sister Mrs Billy R Stutte Baytown, grandparents Mr and Mrs F A Saxon and Mrs Lucy Harper all of Baytown, and niece Karen Stutte Baytown.

Two German Student Chapters Form at Lee College
The Texas Association of German Students forms two Lee College chapters for first and second year students. The organization promotes language and country study and meets during class periods as needed. Each chapter elects officers. The jan 28 Student Council talent show invites applications by jan 15 from the dean of students or public relations director in the Student Union.
