Senior Colleges Visit Lee College For Student Interest
Representatives from Stephen F. Austin Houston Baptist and Lamar Tech will visit Lee College to meet interested students. SFA admissions director Stan McKewen appears December 7 in Rundell Hall Room 115, with Houston Baptist counselor Paul Parton on December 8 at the Baptist and Student Unions, and Lamar director Norris Kelton on December 13. Texas A&M officials Robert Gleason and James Potter spoke on December 6.

Hilary Shepherd from Egham Surrey as a smog-laden Englishwoman travels to the Gulf Coast of Texas. She finishes school in London becomes a secretary then moves to Louisiana in 1960. After marriage to Jesse Shepherd the couple relocates to Houston where Hilary works at the Genetics Medical center. They have a 612month-old daughter Jessica Hilary Shepherd.

Circle K Sing Draws 400 Attendees At College Event
The second annual Circle K Sing, led by Circle K Club and Music Club, drew about 400 attendees. Circle Kettes won with Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer while Lee College choir performed two pieces but did not compete. The program featured B S U, Texas State Education Association, French Club, Rho Epsilon Beta, Ootlette Club, and Gamma Phi Kappa in varied acts.

Lee College preregistration for the spring term is underway for students with at most one D and no F’s on the nine week grade report. Registration runs through 9 p.m. Tuesday December 20. Packets must be submitted to the Registrar and fees paid January 16–19 to count as preregistered. Regular registration follows January 23–24.
