Lee College reports fall enrollment drop due to high school restrictions
For the first time in five years, Lee College fall enrollment decreased by 6 percent to 4,259 students, down 273 from last fall. Dr. Jackson Sasser attributes the drop to a state ruling that bars high school students from enrolling in college classes to meet graduation requirements, about 250 admissions were refused.
