Outstanding Instructor Award Honors LC Non Traditional Students
The LC non traditional students held an Outstanding Instructor contest naming eleven finalists led by accounting instructor Scheffler who has taught since 1964. The award recognizes instructors for contributing to academic success among non traditional students and plans to present another award in spring to close the gap between students and educators.

Lee College releases 1993 student survey results
The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools surveyed 343 LC students as part of its accreditation self study. Results show 44 percent did not know how to contact campus security, 76 percent were unfamiliar with student congress operations, and 58 percent felt courses were not too difficult.
