Freight Train Wreck Near Greenwood Causes Eight Cars to Burn
Special from Greenwood reports freight train No. 17 on the Charleston and Western Carolina railroad wrecked about two miles from the city. Eight cars burned after leaving the track though the engine remained on rails. Engineer Kulkhekee and Conductor Vordery injured, flagman said to have suspected arm fracture. Chief McMillan captured the suspect Juliant Foster, a negro, in Boston, and he is held at the county jail.
