In Louisville Kentucky a reunion session sparked an uproar over a resolution seeking to acknowledge no sectionalism between Union and Confederate soldiers. Gen Gordon urged reconciliation while Col Shepard and others opposed any co option with former foes. Heavy rain disrupted events and attendance remained strong.
