Lancaster County Court of Probate issues notice to kindred and creditors of George L Bird deceased to appear at the court in Lancaster on Wednesday January 17 at 1 o clock in the afternoon to show cause why administration should not be granted. Dated January 9, 4100.
In Lancaster County South Carolina the county court to public sale by order of the court in the case British and Cameron Morton Company against Charles Smith Melvereo and J Harry Foster. The land description includes a tract of about 225 acres with a cottage site, lying in Lincoln County near Wylie, bound by Et Massey and public road. Terms: one third cash, balance in two equal annual installments with interest. credit portions secured by bond and mortgage. fire insurance policy required on the 225 acre tract with policy assigned to the clerk. option to pay all cash.
