Goebel Killing Trial Details by Youtsey and Howard

Henry B. Youtsey testified on April 16 about the Goebel assassination naming James Howard as the shooter. He described meeting Howard, the arranged Goebel shooting site, and Reich behind pardons while Governor Taylor directed actions. Howard, later on April 18, claimed alibi and denied links to Youtsey or any communication from Governor Taylor. The piece also notes Reginald Vanderbilt’s marriage license mishap and a reflection on the term gentleman in society.
