It also promotes a million-dollar loan on irrigated Conejos county lands with five to ten year terms and announces a Grand Island Nebraska land office partnership to list and sell lands for a commission.
Public Trustee notices sale of farmland in Conejos County Colorado under a deed of trust dated 1906 to secure a 2000 note. The sale targets the Northwest Quarter of section 23 township 36 north range 9 east and two shares of water in Commonwealth Irrigating Ditch. Sale set for November 7 1908 at 11 am at the Conejos County Courthouse front door.
Trustee announces public sale of the southwest quarter of section thirty two in township north range nineteenth principal meridian Conejos County Colorado along with three feet water from the Plintham How Iring Ditch taken from the Alamosa River to secure a debt of 4160 dollars with four weeks of weekly newspaper notices. The sale to be conducted at the front door of the Conejos County courthouse for the highest cash bid to cover the debt and costs under the deed of trust dated July 26 146 and recorded in Book 58S Page 9.
