The People of Colorado summon defendants to answer an application for registry of land rights in the northwest quarter of section 30 township 37 range 10 east New Mexico meridian in Conejos County. Defendants must plead within twenty days of service. failure leads to relief sought in the application. Witness Lt. Bradford, Clerk, May 5, 1908.
The state calls defendants including Woods Williams and Fred D Dutto to answer within twenty days in Conejos County Colorado. The land described is the East Half Section 37 and Southwest Quarter Section 30 Township 37 North Range 10 West M. M. The action seeks registration of land and possible rights liens or interests in the described real estate. May 5 1908.
Venanc Gil of Capulin Colorado has filed to lease school lands described as N W 4 and W 1 2 of N W 1.6 township 16 range 8 in Conejos County. A second application will be considered after May 20. John F P Vivian State Board Land Commissioners secretary notes first publication May 8 last May 2.
Notice is hereby given to A B Ady of Manassa Colorado who filed an application for described lands in township N R10 W in section 2 and NE quarter section 11. The lands will be offered after May 2, 1908, to pay and proceed to Patent.
