In Green River Wyoming Cavannell a twenty year old was jailed after a five year old girl alleged he enticed and attacked her. He fled on foot but was captured and held as the child's condition remains serious.

Mack's Place becomes an established fact with last Sunday removal to new quarters. Remaining work includes front installation painting and decorating the barber shop area. The billiard room is ready for occupancy and tables are being set. Mack's Place is set to become a popular meeting place in Kemmerer.
The Miracle Wyoming Oil and Shale company reports Well No. 1 in Carter field at about 1400 feet with an expected large oil flow within the next 200 feet. A new standard rig is nearly ready and operations may begin in ten days.
