Another Disastrous Forest Fire Occurs

Forester Barstow reports a second major blaze in Lincoln County during the summer burning over 600 acres of timber along upper Horse Creek, a tributary of the Green River. He rode from Dead Man's Creek to Kemmerer, rallied Halfway section ranchers, and with fierce trenching and a large crew from Marbleton aided by Harold Munn and A H Teacher fought the flames.
