R H Embree nominates as Republican for re election as Lincoln County coroner. He asks electors for support, stating two years of economical administration and a pledge to keep expenses to a minimum. Very respectfully, R H Embree.
The document outlines four proposed amendments submitted to Wyoming voters. Amendment One would create funds for workers compensation arising from extra hazardous work, replacing rights against employers. Amendment Two limits legislative sessions to sixty days and restricts post forty day bill introductions. compensation remains as law. Amendment Three adds a Section for a special livestock tax to fund predator control. Amendment Four restricts state and subdivisions from loans or donations, allows internal projects only with two thirds voter approval, and permits grants of land with revenue allocations for road and internal improvements.
