Regina Borenne, district traffic chief of Mountain Baton Telephone and Telegraph Co., visited Kemmerer to instruct operators at the Kemmerer Exchange. The updated organizational structure places the fire under Pocatello, the new district headquarters, while Salt Lake City retains the old Bell company district HQ.
