Meeting in Cheyenne of the Wyoming State Council for National Defense approved a 50000 dollar financing plan to support crop expansion and harvesting. Trustees will issue notes to banks, pro rata across counties, with vouchers sworn and governor authorized to issue warrants.

District Court Near Finish as Delaney Case Tops Docket

The District Court nears completion with three criminal cases reached the docket. Patrick Delaney was found guilty of a statutory offense against his daughter Margaret Demain after a 37 minute jury deliberation. Andrew Faddies Dies In Cumberland Pioneer Passes

Andrew Faddies brother of J M Faddies superintendent of the nines at Cumberland died Monday afternoon around four. He was a Cumberland pioneer. Funeral services were held not night at Cumberland and the body was being taken to Coalville Utah for burial. He reportedly leaves one daughter whose whereabouts are unknown.
