Kemmerer School Pupils Stage Notable Opera House Program
The Kemmerer schools presented a Thursday evening show at the opera house that drew strong praise. Highlights included a Firecracker Drill, Junior Quartet performances, grammar school club swinging, primary girls as Quakeresses, and a high school graduation with Carl Dickey's declamation The Doom of Claudius and Cynthia. The production featured the Nigger Night School sketch, Wand Drill, and the Lotus Eaters pantomime, ending with My Own United States.
