Homes Purchased In Kemmerer By Victor Smith And Others

Victor Smith of Rock Springs sold three Kemmerer houses and offered more for sale. George Symes bought the home he has occupied, with 33 foot frontage, for 61,000. Joseph Esterberg bought the Rosenberg residence for 81,850 with a 5 foot frontage. Judge Rosenberg purchased the corner house vacated by Ivan Jones, with 37 foot Cedar avenue frontage and 80 feet on Topaz street. Smith also had a bid to sell the open house building, not yet completed.

Danvers Reports Home Robbery at Fon Tenelle Ranch

Danvers says his home on the Fon Tenelle ranch was robbed on Saturday with jewelry and clothing taken. He says this is the second break in within a year and notes his absence during the day while tending sheep leaves the house unguarded.
