Notice for Sidewalk Repairs and Assessments
The city marshal will serve written notices to abutting property owners within ninety days to construct or repair sidewalks. If owners cannot be located, notices may be posted, mailed, or newspapered. If noncompliant, the town council may order construction and levy costs against lots, with collection by sale of property if unpaid.
