Also advancing are funds for fish hatcheries in Uinta and Park counties and a motion to appoint a three member commission to greet Wyoming soldiers returning from France.

Authorities Solve Mystery Infant Death Near Kemmerer

Sheriff Oakley and County and Prosecuting Attorney Jackson conclude a stillborn infant buried in the Hamfork river banks north of Kemmerer was buried temporarily with plans to transport to Coalville Utah for burial. After questioning the parents and outside advice, they disinterred and reburied the body with a local undertaker, deeming no prosecution warranted.

Mr W B Cruickshank a former Canadian forces member visited Kemmerer after a long service record from 1914 to 1919. He sailed to England 1915 fought at Ypres and Festubert later wounded in 1916 and 1918, ending service January 1919 before visiting relatives in Kemmerer for an indefinite stay.
