Children Before Court Commissioner in Hungerford Case
The Hungerford child appeared before Court Commissioner Hob Christmas on Saturday and, with evidence of proper care by its mother, was turned over to the State Humane Society. The two Curtis children were also in proceedings but the matter was dismissed. Hay Curtis, who came from Idaho, took them to his mother's home where they are properly cared for. An elder hearing was expected today.
