War Finance Corporation Aids Farmers Across Regions
In line with Secretary McAdoo's telegraphed orders, the War Finance Corporation wired Federal Reserve Banks in California, Kansas City, and Minneapolis to inform banks and trust companies in their districts to advance funds to lenders who financed farmers and cobblers.
