Resolutions Adopted by Wyoming Stock Growers on War Support
The Wyoming Stock Growers Association on April eleventh and twelfth 1915 at Kemmerer pledges moral and industrial support to President Wilson and the national government. It backs the American National Live Stock Association, proposes half-rate per head assessments, thrift certificates for employees, strengthens ties with agricultural stations, and creates a standing committee on legislation. It urges shipping regulation to prevent fever, car and power supply ahead of shipping season, five-year grazing permits, and continued wildlife and meat production support. Leaders and Kemmerer hosts are thanked for organizing the annual meeting.
