Witness names include Hall Sheldon Draper Ze manek Inman Nott and others with December 16 1908 deadline before U S Commissioner William C. Meyer in Kadoka.
The commission rules Satrang did not prove a bona fide homestead purpose and that the entry was merely for title. An appeal to the Secretary of the Interior is allowed. the homestead entry H. E. No. 475 is cancelled and mutation proof rejected. Notices and related filing instructions follow.
