Lawrence Roe of Bennett Avenue and his wife were badly hurt when a buggy carrying three children was struck by a fast moving rig on the port road Sunday night. Roe sustained a sprained right arm and a fractured shoulder. his wife sprained her left foot while keeping the baby safe. The two unknown drivers fled after the collision, leaving the Roe family to seek care.
