Mrs J T Davies Is Laid To Rest
The funeral for Mrs. John T. Davies of Collins street was held Saturday at 2 pm. Rev Griffith Evans led the house service with a Welsh church choir then an English service at Irving Street M E Church conducted by Rev Robert Yost. A quartet sang and she was remembered as a devout Christian and helper in trouble, member of the Welsh church since its organization and formerly a Presbyterian worker. Both churches mourn her.
