L. S. Schroeder of Bismark North Dakota died in St. Joseph's hospital Joliet after being run down by a Chicago car near the Eleventh street crossing in Lockport. He suffered brain injuries and died at two. An inquest was held by Coroner Noel and relatives were notified. The man had borrowed money here and elsewhere and was identified through his meal ticket.
